6 NBCC CEs will be provided for full attendance in Part 1 (Culture) and Part 2 (Ethics)*
*3 CEs can be used towards AZBBHE Ethics requirement & 3 CEs towards Culture requirements
3 NBCC CEs will be provided for attendance and registration for ONLY Part 1/morning (Culture) or Part 2/afternoon (Ethics).

This training will utilize both didactic (left brain) and experiential (right brain) learning modalities. We will first provide Academic/PowerPoint learning, then we will proceed into the arena in order to engage experientially with the material, via the APA and ACA recognized EAGALA model for Equine Assisted Learning activities with our equine team.

Beyond the Hustle: Understanding the Culture of High Achiever and Peak Performer Mindsets
$150

Goals:
1.Define what classifies an individual as High Achiever vs. Peak Performer.
2.Identify common traits and characteristics of these populations.
3.Utilize real world examples to highlight imbalances in High Achievers and balanced wellbeing in Peak Performers.
Review Clinical vs. Coaching perspectives in working with this population.
Objectives:
1.Increase awareness and understanding of “Hustle” (High Achievers), and the importance of developing healthy skills for “Sustainability” (Peak Performers).
2.Identify barriers that may prevent High Achievers from seeking services, and review common misconceptions professionals may hold when working with this population.
Understand clinical vs. coaching approaches, how they differ, and how/when each are utilized in order to “bridge the gap.”
