    Join us to complete both your CULTURE and ETHICS Requirements in one day!

    ​This training will utilize both didactic (left brain) and experiential (right brain) learning modalities. We will first provide Academic/PowerPoint learning, then we will proceed into the arena in order to engage experientially with the material, via the APA and ACA recognized EAGALA model for Equine Assisted Learning activities with our equine team.

      1. Help mental health professionals to identify and implement self-care practices for balancing professional and personal life, 2. Assist mental health professionals in modeling intentional self-care for clients.

      ​

      Objectives:

      1. Define Self-Care and Identify the Key Components,

      2. Identify symptoms of burnout,

      3. Recognizing self-care as an Ethical Responsibility,

      4. Define Coping skills and Provide 12+ Body Regulation Skills
